Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Plain English, no dark patterns.

04A note on protected health information

We are not a healthcare provider and do not knowingly collect or process protected health information (PHI). Marketing assets we create should not include patient or client PHI. If you must share PHI for any reason, contact us first so we can put a Business Associate Agreement in place.

05Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep the site functional (essential cookies).
  • Measure traffic and user behavior (analytics cookies).
  • Show relevant ads about our services across the web (advertising cookies).

You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings or by using opt-out tools like the Google Analytics opt-out. Disabling cookies may limit some site features.

06How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business (hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, call tracking, CRM) under confidentiality obligations.
  • Marketing platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) when running campaigns on your behalf, as authorized by you.
  • Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

07Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After that, we delete or anonymize it. Active client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven (7) years for tax and audit purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with consumer-privacy laws have specific rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Submit requests to [email protected].

10Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work with reputable providers and review our practices regularly.

11International transfers

Attention Always OPC Private Limited is based in India, and our services are provided exclusively to clients located in the United States. When you contact us, engage our services, or use our website, personal information you provide may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India, which may have different data-protection rules than your country or U.S. state. We also rely on service providers (including hosting, analytics, advertising, payment, and CRM providers) that may store or process data in the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions. By engaging us, you consent to these transfers. Where required by applicable law, we put appropriate safeguards in place — such as standard contractual clauses — for cross-border transfers.

12Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
